Martin is KAL Design Co.’s Director of Operations and Project Management. He is responsible for resourcing, task management, scheduling, and routing. Martin ensures that all client deliverables are on time and on budget.

To KAL, Martin brings 15 years of experience working for and leading global institutions through a combination of his technical knowledge, which includes building digital platforms and software development, and his business and operational management skills.

He is versed in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft SharePoint, Wrike, and Jira and is trained in the Lean Six Sigma program.

Martin is a graduate from Monmouth University where he earned a BA in Foreign Language with a minor in Informational Technology.

Martin joined KAL Design Co. in 2020 and has since worked to optimize logistical efficiencies and processes across the agency.
